Digital Marketing Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern. In this collaborative, entry-level role, you’ll get a chance to learn important skills and gain professional experience by working with our digital marketing team on campaigns and their subsequent content/materials. Our ideal intern candidate has the necessary skills to produce high-quality, trendy content for social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook. Applicants should be current students in a 4-year post-secondary program, but recent graduates can also apply. Please send portfolio samples along with your resume to apply for this position.

Reporting Relationship

  • Digital Marketing Lead
  • Support our digital marketing team
  • Assist with email campaigns
  • Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Produce website and social media content
  • Complete other administrative tasks as needed
  • Help refine digital marketing strategies and best practices for both internal/external marketing through multimedia efforts
  • Assist with producing strategies and content content for social media campaigns, channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), and editorial calendars to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging
  • Complete other administrative tasks as needed
  • Current enrollment in a relevant bachelor’s degree program (recent graduates considered)
  • Good written skills
  • Prior internship experience a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using content creation tools like Canva
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team player and has self-ownership
  • Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
  • Willing to learn and grow
  • Résumé building experience in marketing and communications, relationship management, and other aspects of digital marketing, social media, and agency-client management
  • Great opportunity to learn about what happens behind the scenes of a digital marketing agency
  • A fun, lively office environment with free coffee and snacks
