Junior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to work together with our digital design team and digital marketing team to provide our clients with the best solutions.

As an UI-UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will be designing ideas using various methods and the latest technology. For example, you’ll be designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, widgets, and mobile/web apps.

  • Planning and implementing new designs 
  • Optimizing existing user interface designs on websites, apps, etc.
  • Testing for intuitivity and experience
  • Communicating with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
  • Collaborating with Creative Lead and Digital Marketing Lead to drive the best results
  • Developing technical and business requirements and always striving to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
  • Combining creativity with an awareness of design elements
  • Creating prototypes for new product ideas
  • Testing new ideas before the implementation stage 
  • Conducting an ongoing user research
  • Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
  • Building page navigation buttons and search fields
  • Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
  • Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
  • Preparing and presenting rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Adhering to branding standards on fonts, colors, images, etc.
  • A portfolio of design content from past work experiences
  • Knowledge of wireframe and prototyping tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc, InVision, Figma, Sketch, etc.)
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of storyboards, animation, and visual designs
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Illustrate the ability to create visually appealing content
  • Ability to take feedback and make necessary changes
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Proficient in multimedia designing tools such as InVision, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • A keen eye for details for accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Python is a plus
  • A creative individual with the ability to think out of the box
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work for longer hours if the project requires
  • A detail-orientated individual with decision-making skills
  • BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
